Water Flow & Distribution

Stensrud & Associates offers analysis of new and existing public water distribution systems to evaluate potential development, specifically fire protection and expansion options. Water distribution networks have also been modeled on the computer to assess different pressure demands and fire flows by sizing distribution lines, pumping systems, well designs, and storage reservoirs.

Subdivision Design Analysis

Subdivision designs have included preparation of preliminary applications and joint applications for state and local government reviews, lot layouts, road alignments, soil investigations, and boundary surveys.

Flood Control Planning

Considerations of drainage basin runoff conditions have been analyzed for flood control and diversion structures/detention facilities designed to route runoff waters through project sites.

Property Boundaries

Property boundary surveys include subdivision of sections into aliquot parts for boundary delineation, construction surveys for grading and volume quantities, easement surveys and exhibits, mortgage surveys, and topographic site surveys for architectural and landscaping design considerations.

Site Inspections and Improvement

Stensrud & Associates has handled the coordination of numerous improvement projects involving site investigations and evaluations for the development of plans, individual water, and sewage systems, project administration and specifications, inspection services, and government reviews.
